Question!

One question, in Mantis 2.x is there a feature that I'm going to try to
explain:

For bug #99124, I want to add emails of person's what I'd like to be
notified when the bug is resolved/closed.
---

This emails are just for this, I don't them to see the bug notes, and they
won't be able to register to mantis (because I just removed the
register.php).
Is there something like this?
