see project name on view issue page

Is there a possebility to see the name of the project an issue is
assigend to on the view issue page (view.php)?

We have 900 projects in our installation and only 2-10 issues per
project ATM. Categories are only global. Usually browsing around there
with 'All Projects' as project selected. And when I view an issue I
see nowhere to which project it belongs. We find that very
uncomfortable and I don't see where this page can be adjusted to
display other attributes.
