I think you are asking how to add your own status values to the workflow
of an issue (??). See the documentation for Mantis at
http://www.mantisbt.org/manual/
Section should be - chapter 5, section 4 from TOC:

There are a few things to do. Take a look.

I am using Mantis1.1.6. Setup is working fine. I need to add
some more components for "Update Issue" (like feedback, reviewed,
