Mantis on Linux - problem with job cron to send emails

Hi:

I know that probably this is more a system problem that a mantis one, 
but i need help

if I run script manually ( /etc/cron.d/send_mantis_mails.sh ) everything 
is OK

but if I try using cron I've got this on my mail:

/bin/sh: Mysql.files: command not found


any hint ?
