If you are an administrator you should just have to check the boxes down the administrator column of the E-mail Notifications configuration. Then you should get all the mail on any changes. The one I think that is related to reported is "Status changes to 'new'". But I don't remember since I get all the mail, and have been for years ! I hope this helps.
