[Mantis] Option to see only Content of a Note when adding a note and not the full report of the bug report

Good afternoon, I have some trouble finding the option that only send the content of a note when adding one and not the full report of the bug. I have seen this behaviour on Mantis bugs.digium.com Mantis Bug Tracker and I think it's quite useful. Thank you for your help.
