Enumerations with Empty Value

Guys,

We wanted to have a selection of values but have blank as a valid option so
we set up an enumeration with the following:

|1|2|3|4|5|6|7|8|9|10|111|12|13|14|15|6|17|18|19|20

But unless you select 1~20 it keeps reporting that the value must be
provided... any clues?
