Add items to Resolution field

When selecting the status of Resolved or Closed, we need to add additional 
items
to the Resolution drop down list.  Please see screen shot attached.

I have looked in the forum and it states to go ion to the 
lang\strings_english.txt field but we do not have this file. I just need 
to know the /folder/file name this change can be made in and what needs to 
be changed in the file.
