SOLVED: Re: 1.1.7 API missing "Target Version"

for now we have manually updated the API files as explained in this issue

We are running Mantis 1.1.7 and we've noticed that our API code has no mention of Target Version at all. Is this an oversight?   Can I locate the next API (from 1.1.8) and see if it has the field and possibly use it to replace our version of the web services API?

Any advice is helpful.

BTW - what is happening is because the "Target Version" isn't in the API when we update bugs using it, it gets blanked out.  Unless we are possibly using it wrong.
