Where does the date come from in the roadmap

I was comparing the Roadmap in my 1.1.7 installation and my 1.2.16 installation and I noticed next to each project and target version subtitle there was a date such as "(Scheduled For Release 03-10-10)". Where does it come from? I couldn't seem to trace down this information anywhere.
