I am afraid I can't help you much more than atrol already did on the 
forums, and frankly I don't expect anyone to be able to give you a magic 
answer.

I believe what you want to do is perform a stress test of your server 
infrastructure. There are many solutions out there including some open 
source ones [1], but defining and setting up such a test, running it and 
analyzing the result is not a small undertaking.
