Issue with MantisConnect And email_queue_api.php

Hello all. 

I created a plugin for Glpi which link a Glpi ticket to a mantisBT project (and creating MantisBT issue with mantiConnect). 

When i want to link a glpi ticket to a mantis project, the issue is created but the function issue_add() return an error :

I have disabled all mail notification from the user which created the issue and i have the same error. 

MantisBT 1.2.17 is on CentOS serveur and apache2 php5 soap are up to date.
