Scrum for MantisBT with agileMantis

'Go Scrum' with agileMantis and MantisBT!



We are happy to tell you, that the Scrum tool 'agileMantis' from gadiv is now integrated into the official list of MantisBT plugins.

agileMantis is Open Source and freely available from Source Forge or GitHub.

Having MantisBT expanded by agileMantis you can now easily perform full featured Scrum, directly setting up on your already existing data.



agileMantis implements Scrum this way:

Assign agileMantis rights to MantisBT users

Group these users into Scrum Teams and give them Scrum Roles

Create Product Backlogs and assign Teams to them

Create User Stories by assigning issues to Product Backlogs

Create Sprints and assign them to the Product Backlogs

Assign User Stories to the Sprints

Assign Tasks to the User Stories

Use agileMantis' integrated availability- and capacity manager for proper Sprint Planning

Run Sprints by maintaining the states of the Tasks and the work done with them

Use the integrated taskboard and important charts (burndown, velocity, ...) included in agileMantisExpert.



So you 'go Scrum' with MantisBT.
