Sporadically receiving "session has been invalidated" messages when using "View Issues" page/link

Since it just started happening and it is sporadic, what could the causes b= e?=C2=A0=C2=A0 I am not sure how this user logged in=C2=A0 (e.g. using reme= mber me, or secure login options etc.).=C2=A0=20 Please let me know if how he logged in matters and also what else could cau= se this.=C2=A0=C2=A0 We have been having DNS issues that may be causing int= erruption, but nobody else has complained about this behavior.
