RT/FM Needs You!

To make RT even better, we're asking for even more contributions to RT/FM,
the RT online manual ( http://www.fsck.com/rtfm/ ) about almost anything
to do with RT.

If you've found a solution to a problem, or a nifty way to do something
with RT (even a funky template), send a quick mail to
[email protected] where our team can put it into RT/FM.  Even if
we've already got that information, it might help us to state it better.

Likewise, if you've found that RT/FM has helped you, or could help you
better, we'd also like to hear from you.
