[rt-announce] RT for Incident Response 3.0.1 Released

RTIR 3.0.1 contains a number of bug fixes identified since 3.0.0 as well as
performance improvements for those upgrading from RTIR 2.

* New callbacks for customizing the RTIR homepage portlets
