Hi all:

Are there any release plans for the current code paths?

I think somebody (Bern or Ralf maybe??) said they may be able to do a
release in the late December/Jan time frame but I haven't seen anything
more.

There is at least one patch:

  https://issues.roundup-tracker.org/issue2551023

that could go into a 1.6.1 release. Thomas Hein do you have a cheat
sheet for creating a 1.6 release branch and tagging a 1.6.1 release?

Does anybody know how to fix the Travis CI errors with mysql?
Jerrykan/John K do you have any ideas? It would be good to release the
current head as roundup 2.0.a1 once it passes CI to pypi.

IIUC alpha/beta releases uploaded to pypi are not installed using pip
unless the user explicitly requests the alpha/beta releases. Does
anybody know if this is true?

I can't do a release, but I would be willing to walk others through
doing a release.
