Password Reset on roundup users and devel lists

We had repeated requests for approving moderated messages and it seems
nobody cared. Since I don't have the list passwords -- and it seems
nobody does -- I'm taking action:

I will perform a password reset of these lists unless someone has this
password. It is possible as admin on the SF page.

If someone has the PW and doesn't want it changed, let me know.
If I don't get any replies within the next 24 hours I'll change it.

Every Admin will get the pw on request. Let me know.
