trying to remember, the idea back then was to have a complete set of sources
together. A certain version of bootstrap may not be available anymore in the 
future and we want to be rebuildable. That is a small plus for packaging.
(And I hope we get more packaging of roundup back.)

I have a light tendency to keep a copy of the sources for completeness 
reasons, but if it makes a lot of work, I can live with not having it.

Yes, we should ship the proper verison of the license file.
(I did not check about which would be a good place for it.)
