New submission from Heiko Stegmann: Branch default 6332:6a6b4651be1f Receiving emails with file attachments to a tracker issue via roundup-mailgw, if the file name contains a German Umlaut (ä, ö, ü), the file name will be displayed corrupted in the issue.
