New submission from Nagy Gabor:

It would be helpful, if popcal() had an option to change the language of displayed months and short daynames to user's locale. Python's calendar supports localization.

As a bonus, a minor bug report.
In the 'devel' template the displayed calendar looks odd because of the 13em padding-left of body. (This can be easily fixed in style.css, but this is a small bug in the default template.)
