Entered roundup-tracker.org in the text box. There is a lot more detail there than the registrant info.

Does anybody know who owns the domain?

I used the Registrant email contact url provided in whois roundup-tracker.org

a few weeks ago and have not received a response.

Whois also reports

 Registrant State/Province: Victoria

which makes me think it's Richard Jones but.... 

The DNS server is dnsmaster.thinkmo.de which is where we have our wiki, but I don't think they hold the DNS registration.
