[issue2551393] Named searches lose their name in title when next page is selected.

New submission from John Rouillard:

Pull up a named web search. You will see the name in the page title and the page
header. Now select the next link. The name disappears from the title and the
header.

It looks like the next/prev links loose @dispname from the URL.
