[issue2551420] add radio button support to classhelper.js to handle link relations.

In Issue 2550580 Thomas reports that you can't change the user.help.html template
to use radio buttons by setting type=radio. Turns out this was a missed path when
developing classhelper.js.

By setting type=radio, the classhelper should change the checkboxes to radiobuttons
and set the accumulator to just the selected item wiping any other values.
