thanks for reporting a problem with roundup.
I think it would be best to create an issue for it in our tracker (see the 
webpage). The next step would be to make this reproducable easly,
possibly by a test configuration or script or whatever that shows the issue.

Also add which version of roundup you are using, platform, search engine and 
database to the issues..
