Install Roundup's older version with some local customization?

Hi,

I am newbie in Roundup, I have code of a tracker with roundup code too. Now
I don't know how to configure this project.

Steps I did:

Installed roundup by /python setup.py install/ from the roundup folder in
that project
create a db folder with backend_name file
Modified config.ini and put db settings etc
But when I run c:\Python27\Scripts\roundup-admin initialise this gives me an
importError of a module csl_roundup ??

Please help me or guide me how do I debug ?
Any kind of will be appreciated.
