MySQLdb connection error (Error:1064)

Hi,

When I run this command: /c:\Python27\Scripts\roundup-admin initialise/
I got this error:

I am configuring an already working Tracker, so I think this wont be the
issue of Syntax?

I am using:
windows 7 (64 bit)
Python 2.7
roundup 1.4.8 + local modifications
Mysql server 5.6 with also MySQLdb for python

Anyone can guide me on right direction? why this error this coming out?
