John, I realized I was loggin in with my admin user, not the roundup user.
when I swapped out the user name password in the config files to use the
admin username/password roundup started up and all my data was there.
So that shows I did not give the roundup user in postgres the proper
permissions.

I will run that down then, great news roundup can start up and my data is
there.

Thanks for all of your help - I appreciated it.
