Hello All, I recently had a request where users would like to be able to create a new message for an issue and also have it generate and send an email containing the message text - but only for some new messages. The idea would be that a user ticks a checkbox before clicking on the submit button to indicate that they want the email to be sent. From what I can tell there doesn't seem to be a way of checking if the checkbox has been ticked from inside a reactor - without adding a new db class field to the issue/message... which doesn't really make sense in this case. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to approach what I am trying to achieve? At the moment I think I might be stuck with having to create a new Action.
