export / import difficulties from version 1.3.3 to 1.4.20

Hello all,
  I am trying to migrate a tracker from version 1.3.3 to 1.4.20 .
  I initially tried to follow the instruction for updating trackers using the 
tweaks listed on the 'upgrading versions' and the migrate command.  This did 
not work.... I don't have the failure text at the moment but can try again if 
needed.  Looked like some database entries changed names.
  I next tried to export / import the tracker.  This also did not work.  Below 
is the error output.
  I'd be willing to try either method (migrate or import).  Whatever works!
