Re: export / import errors from postgresql to mysql

Got the tracker imported successfully.

One thing a little confusing is which code can be safely updated and which 
code is specific to that tracker instance.  E.g. schema.py is apparently 
specific to the tracker.  

Are extensions/ and html/ also specific to the tracker or can they be safely 
and blindly upgraded to the new versions?
