can't change email address where errors are sent

Hi,
I am seeing some errors when detectors/nosyreaction.py is run. I haven't altered this script, although I did put in some logging statements to see where it fails and what is going on.
This is what I see:
2014-10-21 00:21:57,148 DEBUG caught exception: Error: couldn't send email: {'[email protected]': (550, '5.1.1 <[email protected]>: Recipient address rejected: User unknown in local recipient table')}
I have set both admin_email and dispatcher_email to a legitimate email address in config.ini. Why is it trying to send email to roundup-admin which is no longer set anywhere?
