Is there a way to get the tracker home dir programmatically within a detector?

Hi,

The subject line pretty much says it all. From within a detector I would like to determine what the tracker home is. Also wondering if I can access other values from the config file within a detector. I looked in the docs for this but didn't find it (might have missed it).
