user can only access issue if he is owner or creater

Hi Roundup user,

I want to config round trip user access control part.

Make the user can only see and modify the issue if:
1) He/She is the greater of the issue, or
2) He/She is the owner of the issue.

Is it supported by current roundup? Or we need to do some hack?
