error Broken pipe when log in

Dear Roundup users,
It’s a freshed installed tracker on MacOSX, tracker version 1.6.0, using classic template.
I was able to run the standalone server by:
roundup-server ticket=/Users/wangxu/Documents/tmpwork/trackers/trackers/classic
and can use the web interface and everything is good, but when I try to log in as admin, I saw errors on the console and I cannot log in.
Please share me your thought on how to correct this.
