Nosy list doesn't close for IE

When I open an issue, click on (list) near the Nosy List and click the Apply button, the short frame displaying the buttons (like Apply) changes to the user list view and the dialog remains. This only happens in IE. I'm running IE version 11, Windows 7, and near the tip of roundup. All other browsers I tried - Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Opera - worked fine; the Apply action runs and the dialog closes. In IE the Apply action runs. If you have seen this please let me know.
