Note `#format rst` and {{{#rst }}} can be used now for the wiki.
(independent from the default).
We're investigating if we can change the default for new pages
without hassle.
Personally I haven't seen #rst default wikis, as it is more verbose
and more geared towards a full document. Other wiki markups are shorter (and
more intuitive to me) Creole(v1) attempts a best-of-breed design

and just like Markdown is simpler to write.
As for the preferance selection, I'll give John a certain weight, because he
currently is by far the most active wiki contributor. He prefers Moinmoin.
