mod_python support for roundup 2.0 and beyond

Hi everybody:

I am trying to release the current development head release as a
2.0.0alpha release this month.

In https://issues.roundup-tracker.org/issue2550973 Joseph identifies
Zope and mod_python as untested deployment modes.

It looks like mod_python development has kind of stalled. No releases
have been done since 2013 (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mod_python,
http://modpython.org/) should we considering dropping support for it.

If so, it would be deprecated in 2.0.
