Drag/Drop and paste support for attaching files

Hi all:

I wrote up my solution for providing basic support for adding attachments
by drag and drop or pasting (for screenshots).

Works with chrome and firefox. Has a few rough edges still, but
thought I would throw it up for feedback.

One thing to look out for is dragging/dropping multiple files doesn't
work right. It results in duplicate file defintions. But for single
file drag/drop it works fine.
