Invalid Referer

Has anyone ever seen this: On submit of a new item I'm getting a red
error line
Invalid Referer https://tracker-url/, https://tracker-url/

where tracker-url is the correct URL of the roundup tracker but without
the top-level directory configured in config.ini
config.ini has
web = https://tracker-url/ttt/
while the referer seems to lack the trailing ttt/

Is this something that can be influenced by the templating code? Or may
this be a browser bug (Google Chrome)?

For now I've set
csrf_enforce_header_referer = logfailure
in config.ini but I'd really like to check the referer header correctly.
