Allowing use of blank passwords is going to be opional.

Hello all:

Since October 2002, it has been possible to log into a Roundup
instance when the account has a blank/empty password.

Well 2022 is a different world and the next release of Roundup (due in
July) will disable this by default. It will have a config option that
can be set to true to enable it.

I am curious if anybody is actually using an account in roundup that
has a blank password and what your use case is.
