Sounds like a plan. On your retry keep track of what you do so we can
try to emulate your process and help figure out what is going
wrong. Assuming the do-over has a problem.

No apology needed. If something got buggered up, it points to issues
with our documentation or software. We want to fix both/either of
those so others don't have the pain you are going though. Even if it
turns out to be something odd with your environment that we haven't
seen before, we can fix that with documentation or code changes.

Best of luck on the restart. One suggestion is to use roundup-admin
install to do the install and not roundup-demo. Using the former will
not remove nosyreactor.py.
