The old "@file" form value does not induce @link@files=file-1 [storno]

Dear Developers,

Ignore my previous mail, I am lightheaded, I did patch form_parser.py,
and I have explicitly disabled this feature. I just do not remember
why... :) [Then I did not use git, and I do not document things well...
I have to test things if I re-enable this. :]

So I just wish you Happy New Year, and say thank you for developing
such a gem software like Roundup.
