Re: issues with technology editing in version 7

After a few attempts I see that it is too difficult to me to force tecEdit in Electric 8.05
to handle technology libraries generated by Electric 7.
Steve told me that you will be able to test pre-releases of 8.05 (especially technology definition).
I continue implementation of new style of technology definition in Electric-8.05.

Also I looked at

and at your technology library for this process.
I have some questions:
1) I am not good in physica of bipolar transistor:
  How will "npn" node be scaled with width and height variation ?
  Will emitter region or base region grow ? 
2) SCNA page says that AMI process is defined only for SCMOS 2 metal, 2 poly rules.
    It seems that your tech library is for SUBM 2 metal, 1 poly rules.
3) It seems that MOSIS cut should be square with EXACT minimal size isn't it ?
