I have not encountered anyone who has built Electric with Borland.  I would 
provide Borland project files if I had the compiler, but I cannot justify 
purchasing it (I asked Borland for an evaluation version of their compiler 
but they didn't respond).

Thanks for your fixes.  I will update Electric.  A new release is due out 
in a few weeks, so this is just in time for you.
