The "Plot Date In Corner" option applies only to PostScript 
output.  Its location in the Printing Preferences dialog is confusing 
and will be fixed in future releases.

The Title Box always appears in a constant location and cannot be 
moved (because it is not a real object...just added graphics).  You 
have to move your circuitry away from it to make the two distinct.

As far as printing the frame and title box, I will have to 
investigate further.  In the meantime, try exporting PostScript and 
printing that.
