Electric does not handle these devices. You could add a new layer to
the "mocmos" technology (with the technology editor) and then place
that layer over the appropriate transistors. You could also define
new transistors that have the layer in place.

Spice deck generation does extract "correct" parasitic values, as far
as I know. Of course, these are approximations, and the algorithm is
not as sophisticated as some.
