Auto-stitch should work for schematics. If that doesn't work, try
mimic-stitch.

That feature is not available. However, you can copy one instance
(with the appropriate parameters set) and then select another
instance and paste. The Paste operation, when something is selected,
applies the copied object's information to the currently selected
object. This includes parameter values.
