There’s a login link that somehow gets you to a corporate login that unlocks the PDF download link. è I think the copyright form we signed doesn't allow me to distribute the paper on DLs; isn't it? That’s why I always publish my tech report before submitting the paper. It may not include modifications required by the referee, but at least I have something I can distribute. Also, many pay sites allow distribution after a year or less.
