Hmmm.  Since nobody else commented on "the virtues" I thought I'd chime 
in.  While
I like the idea of a shorthand, it seems to me that something like "ocap 
virtues" would
be essentially as short has "the virtues" and yet much more meaningfully 
communicative
in almost any context.  When taken out of context "the virtues" is 
essentially meaningless,
while "ocap virtues" has a chance of being reasonably interpreted.
